The ego is the problem

The ego is the problem.

Sometimes ego is very spoiled, like a child who is constantly throwing tantrums. Sometimes ego doesn’t accept where we are. Sometimes ego doesn’t accept who we are. Sometimes ego doesn’t accept the way things are without any real complaint.

So what do we do?
There is nothing that we can do.
Sometimes ego doesn’t accept the fact that the sky is blue but there is nothing that we can do. You see.
Sometimes ego doesn’t accept that we are living on a planet that is permeated with natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, and other catastrophes.

All we can do is accept that and learn how to surrender to the flow of all events.

Selfishness

Selfishness is the father of all evil.

Selfishness

Selfishness is the real enemy of peace

Delusions

The cause of all fear is self-grasping ignorance,
and all the delusions, such as selfishness, attachment and anger,
arise from that ignorance,
as well as all the unskillful actions motivated by those delusions.

Loneliness

Why are we bored, lonely and lazy?
Because we don’t have the will to totally open our hearts to others.
If you have the strength of will to totally open your heart to others,
you will eliminate laziness, selfishness and loneliness.
Actually, the reason you get lonely is that you are not doing anything.
If you were busy, you wouldn’t have time to get lonely.
Loneliness can only enter an inactive mind.
If your mind is dull and your body inactive, then you get lonely.
Basically, this comes from a selfish attitude, concern for yourself alone.
That is the cause of loneliness, laziness and a closed heart.
